NEW DELHI: The biggest achievement of Kejriwal government is smooth power supply with minimum load shedding and 50 slashed power bill to consumers sans any power tariff hike since last four years. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), the country’s youngest political outfit, says it is proud of what it has achieved in just four years in the capital since sweeping to power winning 67 of the 70 assembly seats. It is pertinent to mention that Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) had kept power tariffs unchanged in the last four years since Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) came to power. In its tariff order for 2018-19, the commission has reduced electricity prices for domestic power consumption of up to 200 units per month by Re one per unit to Rs three per unit.
